1. Who We Are
COVERT23 Hub ("the Hub", "we", "us") is a digital workspace published at covert23.space. It is operated by the COVERT23 project. To contact us about this policy or your data, write to covert23@hotmail.com.
2. Accounts & Information You Give Us
Creating an account requires an email address. You may also sign in through Google, Microsoft, Facebook, or Apple single sign-on, in which case the provider shares the sign-in details it chooses to release (typically your name and email address). Optional profile details you add — such as a display name or avatar — are stored with your account.
3. Content & Creations You Post
The Hub lets you create and store content: social posts and comments, study-team and lounge messages, gratitude and meditation journals, lesson progress, course and study-team activity, and any media you upload. This content is stored in the Hub database so that you, and where you choose, your groups and teams, can see and work with it. Please do not post personal data about other people without their consent.
4. Integrations You Connect
You can optionally connect Google Calendar, Google Drive and Gmail to use features like calendar reminders and backups. When you connect, access is granted through Base44's OAuth flow and your connection can be revoked at any time from your account or the provider. We only use these connections to perform the actions you request inside the Hub.
5. Usage Analytics
We use platform analytics to understand how features are used and to improve the Hub (for example, which tools are opened or how often a feature runs). These are aggregate, event-based metrics — not individual behaviour profiles sold to third parties.
6. Emails & Notifications
We may send transactional and optional messages to your account email — such as lesson reminders, streak nudges, study-team digests, or replies to your support requests. You can control many of these from in-app settings or by following the unsubscribe guidance in any message.
7. How Long We Keep Data
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, or delete specific items, we remove the associated data from active storage in line with the platform's deletion process.
8. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as needed to run the Hub (for example with the hosting and authentication providers that make it work) or where you explicitly choose to publish it (such as a social post visible to other members).
9. Children
The Hub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
10. Wellness Disclaimer
Frequencies, sound, meditation and energy-mapping tools inside the Hub are offered for relaxation, listening, creative exploration and personal reflection only. They are not medical treatments, diagnoses, or substitutes for professional healthcare. If you have a medical condition, please consult a qualified clinician.
11. International Users
The Hub is hosted and operated from the United Kingdom. If you use it from elsewhere, you understand your data is processed here under this policy.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be shown on this page with the updated date above.
