File each sound under a family — Leads, Basses, Pads and the rest — and the vault groups them that way, so you reach for what a sound does rather than hunting through every clone. Rename one, read exactly where its knobs sit, or clear out the ones you no longer use; the sound itself is recalled back onto a lane in the rack.
